She will be sending me the US letter-size modifications she’s made and I’ll stick them up here for download.

An A5 2-up version would be great as well, since you can print A4 and cut these in half.

These are really great. I’m compelled by your choice of grid vs. ruled element. (It appears many of the folks at DiyP share the same feeling.)

I’ve uploaded seperate PDFs with notes pages - this way it’s dead easy to add more of them as I work them up :)
