<p>Ten weeks in, and I suppose time for a little review.</p>
<p>After a couple of blips, I seem to have settled into a very slow but consistent downward trend.  It&#8217;d be nice to go a little faster, but moving in the right direction is enough to keep me happy.  Going slowly increases the chances of it being sustainable.</p>
<p>Also, this week I am half a stone down from my high-tide mark of 21 st 4 lbs, which is a very satisfying milestone indeed.</p>
